"I had a very pleasant and quick experience with this garage. The gentleman was very friendly and not pushy at all; there was absolutely no pressure to close a deal. I told him I couldn't do a test drive until three days later because I lived an hour and a half from Hoorn and needed to arrange transportation, and he was happy to hold the car for me. Ultimately, I was able to arrange transportation for the next day, but at the end of my workday, which was no problem at all. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a cup of coffee, and he took his time showing us the car and explaining everything. We then took a test drive, again without any pressure. We decided to buy the car, and everything could be arranged right there, which was very helpful. Very friendly, professional, and service-oriented. Before leaving, he also politely mentioned that we could always contact him if we had any problems. The drive home from Hoorn went smoothly. In short: very satisfied, and I definitely recommend Autocentrum Hoorn!"

"I am not satisfied! I bought a car for export only for photos! He told me that the car is in perfect technical condition and that the air conditioner works.. The car arrived, the clutch is stiff and needs to be replaced, the air conditioner does not blow cold and there are other problems... We know that we are buying a used car remotely, but he could not have lied to us about all these things!!"
