Completely unreliable! During the meeting after a viewing, I was given an agreement to sign, specifically asking if it wasn't binding because I wanted to think it over and wait for financing first. I was told it wasn't, so I signed it in good faith. When I tried to cancel the purchase because the seller (Anthony) claimed I wasn't even entitled to the legal warranty, I couldn't do so without paying a penalty. Reluctantly, and with a bad feeling, I bought the car anyway. When the time came to pick up the car, I was asked to submit the purchase invoice, claiming it had to go to the accountant and that I would receive it by mail. Months later, I still hadn't received the invoice, and after a phone call with Anthony, he explained that invoices aren't normally issued twice. It hadn't even been issued once in the first place! After several emails, still no invoice, and how difficult can sending an invoice be? Google indicates that dealers who engage in such practices are a huge red flag!
