I recently bought a Mercedes A-Class here and I'm very satisfied with the service. They were courteous, honest, and easy to reach for all my questions. I was able to have the car inspected by another garage before making my decision, which gave me a lot of confidence. All in all, a pleasant and reliable experience, definitely worth repeating.

Bought an Opel Grandland X from this garage 4 weeks ago. I must say the people there were very nice. We even got new tires and an oil change before we picked up the car. Because of the tires and oil change there was no room for negotiation on the price. That was fine, until a week later we were charged for worn brake discs/shoes, too much oil had been added, it leaked out, the oil cap had not been tightened and went over, so everything had to be cleaned, the oil had to be topped up afterwards and lastly the heating fan was broken. On top of the purchase price there was another 1500 euros. We were not very happy with that. Hopefully it stays this way, because otherwise it is a very nice car.

I bought my Škoda Kodiaq here and am incredibly happy with the entire experience. Kozhin takes the time to explain everything clearly, thinks honestly with you, and honors all his agreements. That immediately inspires confidence. The car was delivered promptly: fully inspected, clean, and in top condition. The personal attention and professional approach really make the difference. In short: fantastic service, a beautiful Škoda Kodiaq, and a dealer you can do business with with confidence. Highly recommended!

We went from Greece to buy a car. We had told the dealer that we had a specific time and days to leave as we had booked return tickets via Ancona to Italy. He had assured us that he would have everything ready as soon as the payment was completed. So we went to his office and the money went into his account in 10 seconds. Then he told us that there was a problem with the export papers because he was missing a paper. He delayed us 2 more days and as a result we lost our ferry tickets. He told us that he would compensate us by giving us our money back which he has not done to date. The purchase was made 4/17/25 and today we have 5/13/25. He forced us into 2 days of extra accommodation which again WE paid for. He also told us that we have a 2 month warranty but when we told him that we had an 800 euro problem with the car's water pump he started not answering messages saying that he was off for holidays. Unfortunately bad experience of working with us as he is making fun of us. Bad experience.

I recently bought a car here, a family business. The owner and his sons are very profesional, they solved all my doubts and opened the place on Sunday to pick up the car at my convenience. Very happy with the purchase and the attention.
