"Brought my car in for minor maintenance, and it was returned with damage. When I pointed this out, they said, "This damage was already there." Which wasn't the case, since I had photos of the car that were less than a month old. So I asked for proof, since they said they had cameras that should show it. They just wouldn't share the footage. Worthless and incredibly unprofessional. Mistakes happen. But tell them and fix it. There really wasn't anything wrong. But this? This is just rude."
