What a nasty and arrogant man this is. Not customer-friendly at all. Initially, I could bring my car in on Monday, but suddenly he's completely out of time for the next month. "Go to another garage," was his response. Because you've been comparing prices. Apparently, you have to accept his offer immediately or he'll be offended.

You can go karting and play other games there. There was a cozy cafeteria when I visited. It's mainly a cart track. I've lost my daughters' photos. But it's easy to find on the way to the Westland. Ample parking is available in front, and by bike from Leyweg via Escamplaan, it's maybe a 15-minute ride for a leisurely cyclist who wants to check things out along the way. I also go there when the flower and fruit parade is on in the water. September 2024.

I ended up at this garage through the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) when my car broke down. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience there. I'm glad they were able to fix my car quickly, but the communication was poor. The diagnosis was wrong. I had to convince them through the ANWB and my own garage what the problem was. I picked up the car, and the warning lights are still on. There was no communication about this before I picked it up either. They had brought a warning light, but they reset the car, which isn't the way it should be done. And indeed, the light came on again on the way home. After a phone call with W. van der Ende, I was grateful they fixed my car so quickly. I told them I would report this experience to the ANWB and leave a review. I quote his response: "I hope you can sleep well, you're going to get a good night's sleep!" He hung up. I wouldn't wish this on anyone! You've been warned!

Another garage only had time in 3 weeks, so I could go here immediately. I expected a major and expensive problem and had prepared myself for that. However, it was a minor issue and was resolved professionally and quickly. Payment "will come again next time". Good old-fashioned service! I will definitely go to this garage again for my next car issue.
