"People don't buy a car here. I bought a car here with a 3-month warranty, but the car started badly when I got home. The car went there last Monday until last Friday. It sat there for 5 days. The steering wheel was crooked. I had to have it aligned myself. It cost me 60 euros. Now he gets an invoice and wants me to return the car and take my old car back. I said I won't do that. A deal is a deal. This man cannot be trusted. So people, don't buy anything here. He also threatens and you have to accept that. I won't accept this. People, please don't buy a car here. As soon as you pay, they'll make a fool of you. They promise a lot but don't do much. Just don't buy anything from this company."

"A month ago, I was seriously interested in a car from this dealership. I was promised that I would be notified as soon as the car—which was temporarily with the previous owner due to an incorrect order and a month's vacation—was available again. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. After a month, I contacted them again to ask if the car had been returned. The last time, I had already driven 100 km for nothing because the car was unexpectedly unavailable. The seller then said he would contact the previous owner and inform me as soon as he knew more. After that, it went quiet. A few days later, I sent another message asking if anything had been announced. The message was read, but I received no further response. The seller could have simply said that he had sold the car. What a shame. Unfortunately, I agree with an earlier negative review. Given the many positive reviews, I had hoped for transparent and reliable communication, but unfortunately, I didn't experience that. A waste of my time and trust. A smooth-talking salesman."

"Looking for a slick car dealer who, once you've paid and have the keys, completely ignores customer service? Then Jos is NOT the one for you. I traded in my car here and bought a beautiful Kuga. I was treated very politely and got a great deal. After delivery, I had a minor issue with the car, which was resolved immediately. But after four months, a major problem with my engine, and I could only hope we could fix it. "Big" dealers could learn a thing or two from Jos, and he handled that with full warranty coverage! No arguments, just a fantastic solution. I hope to keep using this car for a long time, but my next car will definitely come from Jos again. I can't give more than 5 stars."

"I bought a very nice, neat Opel Mokko from Jos. On the way home, I noticed that the CarPlay wasn't connecting properly. After a week of testing, the problem persisted, so I contacted Jos. The communication was excellent, he advised me on how to fix it, and he assured me it would be resolved properly no matter what. He referred me to the Opel dealer, where they performed a software update (two months after I bought the car), for which Jos covered the entire cost. It's still testing, but Jos resolved it really well! Many people could learn from him. In short, a very honest and professional dealership!"
