Last week, I rented a moving van with a tail lift for the second time in six weeks. A great company that provides excellent service and is very cooperative. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. My deposit was also refunded immediately. If I ever need a van again, I'll definitely be back!

Strange feeling... For the first time in my life, I had to rent a car. Unfortunately, due to an accident, my car broke down. I also found this company on Google. The website lists, among other things, the daily and weekly rates. In my case, it was €403 per week. The example showed various luxury cars. I contacted the company by phone. During the conversation, they mentioned at least three times that there was a €750 deductible. I found the phone call pleasant, so I reserved the car. Because it had to be done at such short notice, the car had to be changed in the meantime. This did change the price. Initially, I had to pay a 5-day daily rate, 3 days the normal rate, and 2 days the weekend rate. This is almost more expensive than a week's rate, which would then be adjusted. Upon arrival, the paperwork was taken care of immediately. The employee said: just sign here and here, and you're good to go. The form listed four damages: a chip in the window, two dents in the hood, and two damaged rims. We quickly inspected the car, and the cracked bumper and broken front headlight were nowhere to be found. The €750 deductible, however, was mentioned. This was also discussed there. I asked if the gentleman would come along to record the damage. I was told to take photos. At my request, the employee took the photos himself. After this, we returned to the forms and were asked if I would sign them. Despite the car being damaged all around, this wasn't noted on the form. When we asked if the extensive damage to the front wasn't known, we were told that they were certainly aware of it. We then asked why it wasn't listed in the damage overview. We were then told that a previous tenant had forgotten to report something... Even though it was known, why wasn't it on the forms? Well, yeah. After insisting, the form stated that photos had been taken. After even more insistence, it was added that photos had been taken of the additional damage. For the sake of completeness, I took photos of everything myself. I'm very curious to see how this will go once I return it. All in all, I've been reminded of the deductible for damage quite often. Unfortunately, not all damage was listed in the rental agreement. All this combined makes me somewhat suspicious of this party.

Very satisfied with our van purchase. Kees and the team are friendly, honest, and very approachable, you can really tell this is a family business that puts customers first. Even after buying the van we still received fantastic support. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable dealer with a personal touch.

Nice and cheap car rental with good service in both English and Dutch. We rented a compact car and were very happy with it. The car was new and had Android Auto+Apple Carplay.
