"Super-friendly staff helped me immediately when I received a low tire pressure message on my dashboard. I was able to come in right away, the tires were inflated, and they checked to see if the message had disappeared. Kudos for this service!"

"My car mirror had been kicked off, but luckily I was able to quickly get a new one installed at Spijker Autobedrijf. The mirror was installed quickly, but it wasn't painted as requested. The painter was on vacation, so I had to come back later. I called back a week later for an appointment, and it turned out the painter had left. No alternative was offered; I had to find another garage to arrange this myself. This is half-hearted, but the gentleman didn't agree. He didn't let me finish my conversation on the phone and even made a derogatory remark. When I went to the other garage to have my mirror painted, they also indicated that it wasn't the best quality mirror, even though I'd asked for an original mirror. I gave Spijker Autobedrijf another chance because two years ago, they had estimated the cost of my vehicle inspection (MOT), which would be €900. Based on this, I went to another garage, and they ended up spending €450."

"This shop has removed my (honest) review claiming it was fake, even after I contacted them (with my invoice) as they requested in their response to my review. They provided very low quality service and at a much higher price than their competitors. Extreme markups on parts and awful communication including hostility and considerable disregard for me as a customer. These guys might look legit and "old-school", but they are just lazily feeding of the population of sheep they call neighbours. Edit: I prefer to use email for all communication, for the sake of transparency. A phone call allows Spijker to shout accusations and shallow defences knowing they can't be held accountable for anything said. If I'm wrong about anything, or they think my review is generally unfair, written communication is the best way to continue that conversation."

"TOTAAL NIET VRIENDELIJK OF BEHULP ZAAM!!! Ik liep naar binnen omdat ik een lekke band kreeg letterlijk 1 straat verder op, Toevalig had ik geen krik in mijn auto dus die wou ik even bij deze auto garage bedrijf lenen of voor betalen, (meneer had meer dan 6 auto’s staan in elke auto zit er wel een kleine krik), ik legde mijn verhaal heel netjes uit en dat ik voor max een kwartier een auto krik nodig hab om een band te wisselen hier antwoord hij op met ik heb geen krik! Waarop ik vroeg maar u heb hier zoveel autos staan er ligt toch wel een kleine krik in 1 van deze autos en daar antwoord hij weer op nee doe ik niet! Ik stond met een mond vol tanden hij was letterlijk te lui om op te staan en mij een krik uit te lenen, ( ik ben naar een andere auto garage bedrijf gegaan zij hebben mij niet alleen een krik geleend maar ook nog is geholpen met het verwisselen van de lekke band) hier kan deze onprofessionele auto bedrijf veel van leren."
