A very disappointing experience: My three-year-old car reported an engine malfunction. The dealership indicated it was a minor issue, but they wouldn't have time for another month. I then referred this garage through word of mouth, hoping for faster assistance. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake. My car stayed there for two weeks, and since then, the engine has completely failed. The initial costs were €4,800, and now it turns out they even need a completely new engine – costing another €7,600. When I politely asked how this could have happened, they reacted aggressively. Communication was also difficult because the owner barely speaks Dutch. All in all, a very bad experience. In my opinion, this is not a reliable garage.

Fantastic service! My car was recently serviced here and I'm incredibly satisfied. The mechanics are clearly professionals and explain everything clearly, without any complicated talk. I was kept well-informed about the costs and there were no surprises afterward. The communication is friendly and professional, and the car drives like new again. A garage where you can leave your car with peace of mind – absolutely recommended!

We bought a Volvo V40 over a year and a half ago and are very satisfied with this garage. The owner keeps his promises, is friendly, and is very helpful. Really good service. Unfortunately, not all companies are like this. Definitely worth 5 stars 👍

I went to Kwikfit for my MOT inspection. It turned out that shock absorbers and a door lock needed replacing. We were very shocked by the high price, and after reading the good reviews, I decided to call Saros for advice. I received incredibly friendly service, and everything was explained very clearly. I have no knowledge of cars myself. Looking back, we're very glad we took this step. Thanks!
