"I had my old Renault brought in to see what could be done (they were supposed to check it and give me a quote), then I received an irritated call saying he was done and hadn't managed to repair my tailgate and right passenger window (they wouldn't open). Fine, thanks for trying, I guess. I didn't realize it would have taken so much effort; it apparently took him a few hours. Which is also annoying. But not my fault. Of course, I paid for it properly. The next day, I discovered my two rear windows wouldn't roll down anymore. When I called, he simply said, "Yes, I know (I didn't tell him), but it took too long; if I had calculated that, it would have cost even more." I feel ripped off. First, he didn't bother to give me a quote first; he said, "You can figure it out with your car," without telling me that the car is now even more damaged. A nice story. He paid almost €300 to replace the headlights and the clock, and then he called me in frustration. Not a professional."
