"Run from this place. They show themselves as BOVAG certified but in 2022 they sold me a car with the odometer tampered and a 'total loss' accident without giving me clear details about this. The owner is himself very friendly but he gave little to none information during the purchase of the car, when he was obligated to disclose everything about the car during the sale. I trusted him so much that I kept taking my car there for the yearly checkups. It was a few days ago when I wanted to sell the car that I discovered all the undisclosed information they kept to themselves. I complained with them about this and they responded that I can't claim anything anymore after 3 years. Do not buy from them without checking the CARFAX and Kilometer History or you might end-up on the very same situation. My worst buying experience, I really hope karma will hit them back for all the damage they have caused lying to people."

"I bought a Mercedes Vito Tourer here in January 2022. The salesperson helped me very well at first, and I'll be honest. On the first day after buying, I had a lot of oil leaking in the driveway. I reported it, and I think it's not right after the first day of the purchase. The salesman doesn't respond to anything! He's already got the money, of course! Because I kept having oil leaks, I went to a Mercedes garage in Kleve this time, and they also discovered that the car had been turned back 150,000 km! My wife always said the odometer reading wasn't correct. I told him, "Don't be so bold, I have the NAP (National Car Pass) on every time they go to the garage or do their MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection). That way, you maintain a consistent NAP. I immediately informed the salesman that I wanted to cancel the sale. And now he's suddenly able to respond. I initially tried to resolve it politely. I don't like to smear people, but this company knew I was dependent on this car with six children. But the man wouldn't cooperate, so I had to find another way. So be warned about this RDW-approved company!"
