"We recently bought a used car from this company without a warranty. After reading the reviews, we drove there unannounced to buy a car that was listed online. We drove almost 70 kilometers and took a test drive, which was very pleasant. We also made an appointment for a new MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection). After the car was finished, it was supposed to be washed, but then it stopped working, and the starter motor had to be replaced. On the way home, one wheel was very heavy because a brake had seized about 40 km from Emmen. I called immediately, and a mechanic was sent with a truck to take the car to the garage. The next day, I received a call that the car was ready and that parts had been replaced. This was all at the garage's expense. They could have just as easily said, "No warranty is no warranty, so you have to figure it out yourself." I think it's a garage with excellent service and knowledgeable staff. If I ever need another car and there's one I like, I'll definitely go back. Thank you so much for the excellent service."
