They should have known that a Smart car isn't allowed to be towed. It cost another dealer €1400 just because they wrecked my Smart. Van Bakker replied, "You drove away after the repair, at your own expense." The Mercedes dealer said it was towed, which is absolutely unacceptable with a Smart car. Not a good garage.

Unfortunately, I was scammed here. Probably because I wasn't a familiar face. When you make an appointment for the MOT, you receive a fixed price in the email, but later, I was charged more on paper. There were also additional costs for a supposedly separate battery and lights that weren't properly adjusted. So, instead of €34.95, I was suddenly €95 poorer. It wasn't possible to schedule a specific time for an appointment, so the company simply set it. This time was unfeasible for me because of my work. So I arrived after work, but it turned out I was late for an MOT inspection, even though I arrived early in the afternoon. So I had to wait until after the weekend. This, even though there was an actual appointment for that specific date. Furthermore, I wasn't contacted about my absence at their designated time. When I asked about it, they said it had been done, but I guess they had the wrong number or it didn't happen. Luckily, I only went to this garage because my regular garage was on vacation, and it was close by and seemed the cheapest. Never again. And oh yeah, it was ALSO impossible to pay by card. I had to drive to the ATM to pay cash.

They're very open about their pricing, work quickly, and, as far as I can tell, since it was my first time there, they also deliver expert and high-quality work. They're customer-friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I was looking for a new, permanent garage in Breda, and I think I've found it!
