A month ago, I bought a nice car. Last week, I noticed a malfunction due to water leaking inside. Otto repaired the problem quickly and free of charge. Now I can enjoy my new purchase. Great company!

Otto is always just a message away! You can call or text him at any time with your car problems, and he'll give you advice or even arrange a visit so he can better understand the problem. He's very reliable and always keeps his word. He also thinks along with you and tries to advise you in a timely manner whether fixing the current problem is still worth the car. He's honest, so you know exactly what to expect. If he can't fix the problem, he'll refer you to another garage he knows might be able to! We've been going to him for several years now and have never had any problems or issues. In short: reliable, honest, a good mechanic, and solution-oriented! Everything you could want in a garage/mechanic!

A word: excellent! I was looking for a reliable garage. I had, or they said at another garage (I won't mention any names), that I had a leaky head gasket. Then a colleague of mine said, "Go to Otto Car Repair." I was greeted kindly. I made an appointment to have it checked, and it turned out to be fine. Then I went straight for a major service. Everything was done properly and not at all expensive. So, for me, there's no other garage than Otto Car Repair. I now drive worry-free and feel good about my car. Otto Car Repair, thank you!

Initially, I received poor service from my own dealer, BOVAG. And absurdly expensive. I was looking for another solution. Otto Cars B.o.Z. What a relief! Excellent company! Reliable, and the people are always ready to help. The price-quality ratio is more than adequate. Especially in these cold times with large temperature fluctuations, it's questionable how a car will hold up. I have to drive a lot of kilometers for work, almost every day. My car, bought at Otto Cars about four years ago now, drives great. I also bought a car here for my wife. She's so happy! The car always starts and drives fantastically. My daughter-in-law is the same... very satisfied and has been for years! My own daughter had problems with her BOVAG car: it supposedly had all sorts of problems... solved by Mr. Otto, for a reasonable price. My wife and I will soon be wanting a different car because I'll be driving fewer kilometers. We already know where we're going to get it: from the Otto family, for sure. Oh yeah... afraid of the camp? No need... my wife and I were pleasantly surprised! Decency still exists. Also, women-friendly! Pierre
