"⭐☆☆☆☆ **⚠️ Beware of this garage — no transparency and they operate on a hunch.** Had my car scanned and was given a vague explanation: the problem could be “under the car” or “with the engine”. The mechanic wasn’t sure, but immediately wanted to replace parts “to see if that’s the case”. He charged €350 for one part, while the same thing costs €60 online. When I asked to check the part number, he refused and said it was “my risk”. **They gamble with repairs and make a lot of money on parts**, without clarity or proof of purchase. Unprofessional and unreliable — I will never return here."

"I went to Zeki Usta today to have my rear brake pads, front brake pads, oil, and oil filter replaced. Very customer-friendly, helpful, quick solutions, and excellent service. My experience is very positive. The people who work here are very friendly and always ready to help. The initially very neat appearance is confirmed by the very friendly service.
