"Hey Bertus, I understand it's difficult to listen, especially when you're on your own. However, that doesn't give you the right to be incredibly rude to a potential new customer; what a shame. The question of whether the garage could help me and my car with an EGR/DPF malfunction apparently went down the wrong way, and I didn't get an answer. Not even after being told off for a moment that there was a customer at the counter. When the good Bertus came back on the line after dealing with the customer, I politely asked if the garage could help me with this problem, which was another rude response. I said I'd call back at another time, as we didn't have a match today. The gentleman replied, "I'm not sure I'm up for it." Sorry, dear Bertus, it's not about whether _you_ don't feel like it. After this waste of my time, I won't feel like it for "at least two weeks from now," let alone ever. Learn from Bertus and his colleagues: customer experience comes first. A joke or a quip is fun; being witty can be fun. Indicating that you're busy because you're single can get a customer's understanding, but then being so rude that you'll lose interest altogether... You should be ashamed of yourself for that!"

"Marcel and his team have been there for us for years. They're a very reliable garage with reasonable prices, even in these expensive times. We recently had a tow bar installed. I requested a quote beforehand, but when I paid, I noticed the cost was lower. The scan turned out to be unnecessary and was neatly deducted from the price. They even gave me a free plug. And when I recently dropped my car off at the garage with a flat tire in the evening and came back the next morning, the tire had already been ordered. We were able to drive again that day. "I called at 4:00 PM to ask when I could come by. They said I could come right away last Friday afternoon. They would check the car and, if possible, schedule a follow-up appointment for repairs. I thought this was excellent service! When I got there, a mechanic immediately drove out to try and diagnose the problem. He finally returned after 5 minutes with an analysis, then three more men joined him and together they worked for over 45 minutes. Problem solved for now, and it didn't cost me anything! I think this is truly fantastic service. I'm going to bring some pastries this week as a thank you!"
