Incredibly good and efficient service! I can always go there for the sometimes unfortunately necessary repairs, but I even bought a car there myself because of my positive experience with the garage. They are incredibly helpful, always willing to think along with you, and are honest.

Worst garage ever. They sold us a completely broken car, and after we reported it five days later, they said, "Bring the car here, I'll fix it for you." We clearly said, "Okay, we'll give it a try, all at your expense." We had to drive over 300 km a few times for this. After six or seven weeks of great effort, the problem was "solved," and they wanted to recover all the costs, over 2,000 euros. After explaining what the man was talking about, he also wanted to recover HIS fuel costs from us, which he was going to use to test the car. My brother-in-law is a sweet person and tried not to let this escalate and kept himself very quiet. One of the men tried to come across as very threatening, although we laugh at such types. They also made very "childish" remarks, like asking the owner something and making comments like, "Who wears the pants in the house?" We're not living in the '90s, are we, sir? We're afraid because what you heard was legally correct. Anything but professional. We certainly won't leave it at that. And to top it all off, they didn't take legal action or leave a bad review on his invoice. Well, tough luck, I'm not part of their family and can understand this. So people, BEWARE, these are the biggest scammers who think they've got their man by raising their voices. Unfortunately for them, they didn't succeed, and my brother-in-law isn't the stingiest to give them a small percentage of the amount, bunch of scammers. So first you sell a broken car for over 7,000, and then you want to make another 2,000 on it under the guise of "we're the intermediary." We're not toddlers. So people, DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE OR REPAIR ANYTHING HERE. THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING. They spent six weeks working on a diesel pump. First-class amateurs. Your big mouth won't get you anywhere.

SCAMMERS!! Maybe that's why most of the reviews are old. The first time, the gentleman seems very polite and patient, discussing everything and agreeing on a fixed price for the work. The second time, he's abrupt and very disinterested, and he seems quite indecisive. The third time, after I indicated that I would be there at the agreed-upon time to pick up the car, he rudely responded, "You can't come because it's not ready, I don't have time, so I'll call." Even though it was clearly stated that the car was needed because I had children. Now that the car is ready for pickup, they advance a different price than what was agreed upon (without consultation or a phone call, as the website indicates). Most of the lame excuses are made. There's no respect, and they react rudely to mistakes that could have been avoided. Now that's not even the problem, but the customer service is nowhere to be found. You're being ripped off right in front of you under the guise of "yes, but I've written everything down... don't make any agreements if you can't stand behind them."

Update: I was called and threatened to take legal action if I didn't update my review, so I'm making a small correction. A year ago, I bought a car with a new MOT. After a few weeks, the battery was already dead. Now, a year later, I had it checked, and it turns out there was extensive damage to the car, which must have been caused by a collision. I've never hit anything, so Autobedrijf Linda sold me a bad car, and they knew it. They pretend to be your friend, but they're not. Never buy a car here!
