"You can wait a week for a major service and MOT, even though the car has been there for a week, and it doesn't do anything. If you send a message, you get no response. Suddenly, he was also supposedly sick, and the car would be fixed the next day. The next day, again, no response. He probably thinks it's normal, but I don't. The major service and MOT weren't done, and then you wait a week for nothing. He did write that he had done a major service, which is incorrect. The windshield washer wasn't fixed, the oil wasn't changed, etc., etc. If you buy a car there, the son is very friendly at first, but if something is wrong with the car or you want a major service, he's no longer friendly. It's better to go to a reputable garage that also thinks about service, because they forget that there. Bad experience, 1 star is still too much."

"A very bad experience with this company. Don't buy anything here!!! My gullible father, who recently passed away, bought an A-Class here. When the gearbox broke, his father and son, Koulen, offered him another A-Class for a €1200 premium. The engine of this A140 was ticking, but Koulen said it would go away after a while because he'd only driven short distances. My father did want the tow bar from the other A-Class moved, but this wouldn't be a problem. My father kept insisting after the purchase to have the tow bar moved. After much effort, an appointment was made. The tow bar was finally moved, but when we tried to use it for a trailer, it turned out the electrical system wasn't connected at all! My father, as trustworthy as he was, left it at that. Now my father has passed away, and when we called to ask if they would buy the car back, they initially didn't recognize our names. The son then told us it was very quiet at the moment and that they didn't take back cars. My dad had the car for about four months, and the ticking noise in the engine is still there, so it's just annoying from all sides. There's also a kind of mayonnaise in the oil filler neck. So, people, be warned! They're extremely friendly until you actually buy it. So, warranty right up to the door. That's not how you treat people! The sadness is already unstoppable."

"Never have my air conditioning filled there again!!! I had my air conditioning filled there for €120 without a receipt. After filling it, it turned out the pump was broken. He didn't fix it himself, but his cousin Frenk did. I contacted Frenk several times, who said a used pump was difficult to remove. After three weeks, I contacted him again and got the same answer. After waiting a few weeks and not hearing anything from Frenk, I had it repaired elsewhere. They charged €90 instead of €120. When the pump was replaced, it turned out the air conditioning was only filled to 135 of the 600 liters. I went to ask how the price difference of €90-€120 was possible, and they told me that gas prices fluctuated. When I asked why it was only 135 liters, the old man said I had a leak, which wasn't the case. I was ripped off for €120. Never again."
