"I took the car in for a second standard service (with a working rear window wiper), and then picked it up (with a non-working rear window wiper). I brought it back and asked if it could be fixed, which was done properly, but it did cost €75. A broken wire can always happen, of course, but it's a bit of a coincidence."

"Recently traded in our Grand Vitara for a Colt CZC. Perfect, with a six-month warranty. We've had a few minor issues since then: the air conditioning compressor, cruise control, and adjusting a rear window. I've now driven about 4,000 km and am absolutely thrilled. A top-notch garage, easy to schedule, and repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended."

"Bought a nice new car for a great price. It was six months old and sitting in the showroom with 12 km on the odometer. I received a promotion in the email for free fluid refills when the car was registered almost a year earlier. After driving it for six months, I took it in for a service, with approximately 10,000 km on the odometer. However, I received a bill for €254 for annual maintenance. I had agreed with the previous owner at the time of purchase that the initial service would be inexpensive, due to the filter not being replaced during the initial service. The young co-owner of this company charged much more for annual maintenance, driving there specifically (200 km) because of the so-called promotion. So I ended up paying much more (€254 plus fuel) than the normal annual service price (€204). In addition, one filter, costing around €100, hadn't been replaced. I had charged much more and hadn't consulted the customer about the additional costs beforehand. I later emailed the company about this, asking about the lure of free fluid changes. However, I received no compensation for the offer, and not replacing a filter should have significantly reduced the bill. The car had only been in service for six months when it went for its annual service. The co-owner in question had complained to Google (which made the content unviewable), but the issue wasn't resolved with me. They rewrote the review for Google."
