"I've been a customer of this company for years. I bought my first car from Piet Koldewijn back in 1980, back then on Westenenkerweg. Since then, I've bought almost all my cars there. I'm particularly impressed by their honesty and service-oriented approach. I also have complete confidence in the workshop. If additional work is needed, they always call to discuss it. "My experience with this garage was utterly disappointing. I was ultimately charged over €800 for a minor service on my Fiat 500, without any clear communication beforehand. No permission was requested for any additional work, and the final invoice was only presented upon collection. When I asked for an explanation, I received no clear breakdown to justify the exorbitant amount. I discussed the matter with others and inquired with several other garages, where the same minor service was quoted at around €300. This discrepancy is enormous and makes the situation even more incomprehensible. Based on my experience, I no longer have any confidence in this garage and strongly advise others against going there."

"Very happy with the excellent buying a used car experience I bought a BMW car with a 6-month bovag guarantee, they are a very professional and decent place, everything is well organised and reliable They have skilled mechanics in the garage/workshop They did a very genteel thing with me, my battery died and they haven't asked me to come for 1 hour driving to just change it, they asked me to do it in any nearby garage and they sent me the money back Very happy and strongly recommend it"
