"As a new customer, I came to Kivano to have the lock on my campervan repaired and the satellite dish removed at the same time. When removing the base plate, it turned out to be loose and had damaged the roof. Kai called immediately and took action to minimize the consequential damage. He arranged a specialist company to repair the roof, arranged temporary storage to prevent moisture ingress, and also arranged transport to and from the repair shop. In short: he really took care of everything for me. A big plus for the communication as well. I will definitely continue to have campervan maintenance services."

"Repairing a faulty air conditioning system for my Ford Fiesta. They first investigated the potential problem and provided a quote based on this.
