"Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this man and his wife. When we asked if they could put our agreements in writing before I signed my car over to them, they showed me the door and tore up the piece of paper they insisted on signing (the transfer of my car). They said they don't do business with people they don't trust. "What kind of woman are you?" they asked when I told them my question wasn't so strange. They quickly became very rude and had all sorts of things to say about me, and so did their girlfriend. My boyfriend and I were wide-eyed, watching how this could change so quickly. Ultimately, I became very angry at the statements they made and left in a huff. My advice to any future Oosting customers is to think twice before doing business with people like that. They don't feel like they're on the same page."
