The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. You immediately notice their passion for their work and their genuine listening skills. No pushy sales pitches, just honest advice and transparent communication. I also really appreciated the company's excellent accessibility. I received prompt and clear answers both by phone and email. The location is also easy to find, and parking was no problem at all—which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The service was surprisingly fast and efficient. I was able to visit and take a test drive within a short time, and everything went smoothly. What I especially appreciate is the team's genuine attitude. They take their time with you, explain everything calmly, and ensure you leave feeling confident. The negotiation process was also very pleasant. ""New condition," "Neat car," is what the ad says. I already thought the price was a bit too good to be true (it was €1500 cheaper than a comparable car), but posting false information in an ad and failing to provide direct photos of the visible damage is simply unprofessional. Honesty is clearly not a priority here, so keep that in mind when buying a car from this company. Furthermore, the website doesn't mention any warranty, and after calling, it turns out it's (only) three months."

"I traded in my car there two years ago. I'm so happy with my little car! Even two years later, I've had very few problems. After a year and a half, the brake caliper was a bit stuck. But that was quickly and inexpensively fixed by another garage. And a small repair is part of the deal every now and then. Like I said: extremely happy with my car!"

"I bought a Mazda 3 from this dealer and the car had several problems: check engine light covered, dpf with holes in it , additive module malfunction, weared timing belt thigs who led to a destroyed engine. The dealer lied to me and deceived me to believe that all it is fine with the car.Shame!"
