A while ago, I went to Focus to have my air conditioning filled. Scheduling the appointment itself went very smoothly; I was able to go the same day, and it was done within an hour. I was greeted by a very attentive young man, and after we started talking, I already had a new appointment scheduled for the replacement of my timing belt kit. The Focus mechanic is truly knowledgeable and willing to think along with the customer. The latter has become a rare commodity these days. Therefore, based on personal experience, I can highly recommend this garage! I've since become a regular Focus customer and have suggested several acquaintances bring their cars there; all have had a very positive experience. Went there for APK. Friendly but also serious technician did it quickly while I was waiting. Very clear in his explanation and fair pricing. He took extra time to check for car noises. Will go there again definitely!

Super friendly and professional. My air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, and within less than an hour, he fixed the problem by refilling the system. Fair pricing and excellent service, highly recommended!
