"I stopped by to see a car that was for sale. The owner was curt and disinterested, kept me waiting unnecessarily, and offered little information. During the process, he preferred to stay inside and let others handle everything, showing no commitment or customer service. This is not how you treat serious buyers. I absolutely do not recommend anyone going there; don't expect a warm welcome."

"I am extremely angry with this company. From the very first contact, I was spoken to rudely and curtly. And it doesn't stop there. Everything about the car stated in the advertisement was incorrect. As a customer, you want to be able to trust what is stated in an advertisement, but here I was outright deceived. When I confronted the gentleman about this, he became disrespectful, stood up aggressively, and then snatched the car papers containing proof right out of my hands. My advice: stay far away from here and whatever you do, do not buy a car here!!!!"

"I reserved a VW caddy with this dealer, and the next day he sold it to another customer and stop answering me. Avoid this seller! Not serious!"

"I bought a car that was supposed to have all the faulty parts fixed, plus a periodic vehicle inspection (MOT) and a minor service. I noticed my car hadn't had any maintenance, and the salesman said he'd only do an oil change. To make matters worse, he didn't actually change the oil; he simply drained it, leaving me with €80 in oil. The salesman's solution to make things fair was to pay half the oil, while promising a minor service that would cost me another €240. So, he's not keeping his word and lying about what he promised."
