"Today I was treated very rudely by the somewhat older man at the counter! This was due to a miscommunication while making an appointment. The man immediately became very defensive, and while I was trying to find a solution, I was yelled at, and my keys were returned to me, leaving me to figure it out on my own. I think the man jumped out of bed on the wrong side and must have lost a customer because of this, which is a shame! I was always very satisfied with the communication with the other technicians."

"I wouldn't recommend this garage. I came in for a timing belt replacement and a technical inspection. The inspection revealed that the brake discs were worn. The discs hadn't been replaced... which is true, I can clean them myself at home. The timing belt hadn't been replaced, but the parts were ready."
