"I recently bought a Porsche from Autobedrijf de Zaan. The purchase and delivery went smoothly. I paid a large down payment and paid the rest in installments. The agreement was that I would receive the spare key once the full payment was made. The full amount was paid months ago, and I still haven't received the spare key. After countless promises and empty excuses, I still have nothing. It's unacceptable that the agreement isn't honored. The after-sales service is far below par. I advise everyone to keep this in mind. I will never buy a car here again."

"Asked them to buy new winter tires and change them for me, they gave me some nonsense (just m+s from noname brand), broke my tire pressure sensor and failed to fix it twice, and couldn't even set the even pressure on them (all four had different pressure from 2.5 to 3)"

"We had a flat tire on our way back home from Texel on A9 near Autobedrijfdezaan. After calling the workshop and sending the details of the tire they answered immediately „ I fix“. When we arrived at the workshop we had a cup of coffee while waiting for the tire to be fixed. A very nice and professional service, smart people doing their job!! Simply amazing, thanks a lot for your help! Arrived safely at home. Kind regards from Germany!! Antje and Alex."
