After visiting another nearby company, which was a disappointment, this one was a breath of fresh air. A friendly family business. We were given expert advice. It's great that they're so knowledgeable about electric cars and also service them themselves. The warm atmosphere and their expertise convinced me to go for an electric car again, even though my first experience wasn't so positive. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and the Renault Zoë drives wonderfully! If you're looking for a nice car from a friendly family business, I can definitely recommend Autobedrijf de Pee!

I didn't receive entirely appropriate assistance from this company. I bought my Fiat 500 in 2021, which was only a year old at the time. I initially stayed with the Fiat dealership, but then switched to this one. During my first inspection there in 2023 (I, as a layman, didn't understand what needed to be done), they performed an MOT inspection. This wasn't due until 2024. I didn't ask about it other than to say a service was needed. So, the MOT inspection started a year early, and I incurred costs that may not have been necessary. They also said an MOT inspection was required the following year, and during this MOT inspection, my battery was reportedly completely dead. I sought a second opinion elsewhere; they didn't perform an MOT, and my battery was still working perfectly fine. For a car that's four years old, the first inspection is required, and after that, it's only necessary when the car is six years old. There are still a few things I'm not satisfied with, but this is the main reason why I won't be recommending De Pee car company to others anymore...

We were already very satisfied with the service and customer service. The two Zoës we purchased were delivered with all the service and customer service we could muster. In addition to the Zoë, we also have a wheelchair van that allows us to transport my wife in her heavy electric wheelchair. The van is equipped with an automatic transmission that had been causing problems downshifting for some time, resulting in a huge jolt. After investigating, another company advised them that they couldn't find the cause and that they should either take the van to a dealer or replace the entire automatic transmission. After contacting Arjan, he agreed to investigate and resolve the issue. We were allowed to leave the van there. We quickly received a message that they had found the problem and replaced the part. Once again, excellent service, and I definitely recommend this company.
