It was November 27, 2025, after first speaking to Mrs. Droomers in the morning where I made an offer on the 2004 BMW Z 4 where she politely explained to me that the prices are as they are posted and shown, but I still tried to achieve my goal but where I still made the appointment if she wanted to sell the car for the price I offered, if she could call me back she would discuss it with her colleague who indeed called me back and that was Coen Droomers who already told me that the price shown is really the price, yet I was with him in the showroom at 1:00 PM and after being received well and politely and we chatted a bit in the canteen, we went to look at the BMW and I decided to buy it. Saturday 7-12 I will pick up the car and hope to have a lot of fun and drive many kilometers with it. I give the reception 5 stars. So see you Saturday then

I bought a high-mileage Audi A4 from Coen. The salesperson was friendly, everyone sticks to their agreements, and the workshop is always ready to help if something goes wrong. Although the optional BOVAG fee was a bit steep (€1500 for a one-year warranty), it still felt like a fair deal. Given the car's age, I was happy to receive free maintenance for the first few months (e.g., even the windshield wipers were replaced free of charge). After that period, I could still come back for any defects, thanks to the 12-month BOVAG warranty. And the fact that there's a VAG specialist on hand should give any potential VW/Seat/Audi/etc. buyer confidence in doing business with Coen, as typical Audi issues were identified in no time. The only thing that still makes it seem like an older car is that the manual transmission still occasionally hesitates (which is also much better than when I bought it) and it creaks a bit over speed bumps. Almost all the other issues have been resolved in the past year. Well, for a car with 300,000 km on the odometer, that seems like a good score. In short, highly recommended!

A few months ago, I bought a car from Coen Dromers that I am still very happy with. The sales process went smoothly, and I had a good feeling about the car and the guidance during the purchase. However, I would like to share one point of concern: because I wanted to have the service and maintenance, such as a major service and timing belt replacement, carried out at my own local dealer, I did not opt for the delivery package. During that service, however, it turned out that all four tires were completely worn out, with even visible canvas, which is not only an MOT failure but also unsafe to drive with. When I confronted Coen Dromers about this, they indicated that I would have been better off financially if I had taken the delivery package. Although I understand that the delivery package covers extra checks and costs, as a buyer, I assume that the car is fitted with proper tires at the time of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Ultimately, I had four new tires fitted for €800. Coen reimbursed €150 out of goodwill, which I appreciate, although I would have preferred the tires to have been in good condition at the time of purchase. All in all, I am satisfied with the car, but I advise future buyers to carefully consider whether a delivery package is sensible in their case. Additionally, it might be smart to have an independent inspection carried out before the purchase, so that you know for certain that the car is technically in perfect order.
