"I submitted a repair request through the website, but didn't receive a response for over a week. When I went in person to schedule an appointment, I was told, "I don't care, I have a lot of work." "If I couldn't give any stars, I would. Wow, the gentleman on the phone was so rude and unfriendly. After agreeing to the price of two tires and saying I'd think about it, he quickly hung up. Then, I was told elsewhere that the car also needed an alignment. So I called the gentleman from ATG again to have the alignment done and that I wouldn't be getting the tires done through him. What happened next was indescribable. The gentleman told me they didn't deal in "cow's milk" and that I should just go get my car aligned elsewhere. I understand the other comments that the gentleman was very rude. He hung up the phone without any apologies. I will never call this company again for help and I advise others not to either! If you want a reliable, understanding garage, I recommend going to the neighbor's, Garage Boumy."

"I've been getting my Peugeot serviced by this company for years. They're always ready to help and offer quick service. They also charge very reasonable prices. I also store my winter tires there, and they always change them very efficiently. A fantastic company, definitely recommended."

"Ridiculous response to a phone call. I called about the price of an exhaust that I found a bit steep, and told them I could buy it cheaper elsewhere; the exact same make and model. I suggested a win-win situation, and they just yelled at me. Fine, you can disagree with me, but talking to your customers like that is absolutely ridiculous."
