"I bought a car with a good deal just before the warranty expired, and they were very helpful due to a complaint about the car. However, the appointment took quite a long time, about two weeks, because there was no space. During the warranty period after picking up the car, I asked if everything was okay, and they said everything was fine. After picking up the car, there was a sensor malfunction. I reported this to a colleague the next day, and they said come by Monday and we'll fix it. But unfortunately... even when I arrived, the other colleague didn't know much about it, so I repeated the problem. (Internal communication is poor. Unfortunately, this isn't covered by the trust guarantee, they told me. (This shows they are very knowledgeable about the warranty.) I find it strange that they told me the malfunction was already there when I brought the car. If it had been, I would have reported it immediately; that would have been the most logical way. I don't think it's worth arguing about this; a garage of this caliber should come up with a different solution. It's a small effort to resolve this together. It's a real shame about the after-sales service."
