Unfortunately, I bought a pig in a poke from this company. When I got home, the central locking wasn't working, and after months of calling and arguing, I managed to get half of the money back. Even simple parts were faulty. The first time I used the windshield wiper, it came loose, severely dried out. The vehicle inspection revealed that the car wasn't as "well-maintained" as the advertisement had suggested. On the other hand, there wasn't a drop of oil left in the system, the car hadn't been serviced in at least three years, the tie rod end was broken, and the car has a history of damage, resulting in a bent control arm. I wasn't aware of this either. All in all, please bring a qualified person with you when buying a car here. Don't go alone.

They let us leave with a car that didn't have a valid MOT. We were alerted to this by a letter from the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority). After weeks of being unable to use the car and still encountering safety issues, the MOT was taken care of, but we were left with a claim for the inspection and tires. Mistakes can happen, but communication and the way solutions are offered are crucial. Ultimately, you get the comment: "We've done enough and our profit margin is already gone." Disappointing, and the fact that we left with a car that turned out to have the necessary MOT points stings. We closed the chapter and took a loss.

I bought a Citroën C1 2 months ago, and when it turned out there were some problems with the car, I went back after a few weeks. The company resolved everything perfectly and handled everything very neatly 👋

My motorcycle had a flat rear tire, and at the gas station, I happened to run into the owner of the garage around the corner. I was able to drop by right away to have a plug put in, so I could continue on to my own motorcycle garage! Very friendly and completely free! A blessing in disguise :)
