"Too bad, it's not the first time I've been dissatisfied with the garage. I picked up the car after the first service at 10,000 km, and the tire pressure light immediately came on, warning me to reset the tire pressure. The receipt clearly stated that the tire pressure had been checked. I had to inflate four tires. That was terrible!"

"Well...what can I say? Another disappointment. You bring your car in, expecting it to be fixed. You wait all day, and then...the diagnosis is made...you have to make a new appointment. I think I returned because, after a previous repair to my window, my door lock started acting up, which wasn't the case before. A part has to be ordered, with a hefty price tag. Uh, from what I remember, I didn't have that defect before I had a new part installed for the motor window. Well...your car is out of warranty, I know that. But I do expect them to check if one thing is related. A computer part supposedly needs to be replaced, which costs €500. According to the counter clerk, this is a known problem with these cars. It would have been nice if that had been addressed without the exorbitant costs, warranty or not. But you have been warned. I tried Kerres at two different locations, and unfortunately, both failed. My diagnosis is that I won't be going back. Expect to get a diagnosis first and then be presented with the bill. Customer service...and friendliness on my part, that was lacking. It would be nice if Kia would find a solution with their customers. I don't blame the counter clerk; they're just working. Except for one with slightly less or almost no hair, who could and should take a course in customer service. It radiates enthusiasm. Not. So, back to the previous dealership, from which they unfortunately revoked the dealership. They don't diagnose, but carry out the repairs and maintain contact with the customer regarding any costs. That's how it can be done. They previously received 5 stars from me. I am open to speaking with Kia Kerres Heerlen. I would give them the opportunity to increase their star rating."
