"I bought an Audi A6 two weeks ago during a test drive and noticed that the temperature gauge was jumping up and down. I reported it and he promptly replaced the temperature sensor, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed. I went back last week and they said the fault was in the thermostat or the water pump. He immediately said no problem, we'll fix it for you. I left the car tomorrow and picked it up again in the evening. New thermostat, water pump and multi-belt replaced. The car drives like a charm again. Thank you very much for your cooperation, Mr. Nijboer."

"Never been treated so badly as here! Brought my car in for an MOT. They said they'd call me the next day, but that didn't happen, so I decided to call after waiting two days. We agreed to have the car repaired and that it would be ready the following Wednesday. Wednesday came, and again, no call, so I decided to call again, and was told it wasn't ready. So, we agreed on a new date, but again, no call, and again, it wasn't ready. AGAIN, another date agreed, and AGAIN, no message or call. Then my wife called to ask if it was ready, and she was treated with complete disrespect, as if they were annoyed with us. We just took the car away and went to a reputable garage that actually knows how to communicate! Oh, and the car was more broken when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! People, NEVER go here!!"

"After buying the car I had difficulty in communication, not replying on WA and no answer when calling and difficulty getting appointment to fix the car which has a problem from day 1. Whenever I go to his garage, owner always says he is alone no people working but he set the appointment himself, 3x happened also whenever I go to his garage, I am being pushed away and asked to come back again. He will tell me not a problem not a problem, for him not a problem but for me it's a big problem as this cause a safety issue. There was a 6 months warranty but I don't believe that this is true even for checking. Now i have to spent a lot, to fix the problem to other garage. I hope you treat your customer nicely with sincerity next time. Too bad!"
