While on vacation with the family in Zeeland, our Hyundai i30 broke down. The next Hyundai workshop was Auto Sturm in Middelburg. After a lot of pleading and begging, the error was read out after 4 days. I paid the requested €67 immediately. Unfortunately, the workshop refused to carry out a repair because they were supposedly fully booked for the next weeks. I had to have the car towed to Germany and then organize our return transport. Back in Germany, our Hyundai workshop near home carried out the repairs. The ignition coil was defective and the work took less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, the Dutch workshop employees were anything but friendly and accommodating. Thank God we have never experienced this type of treatment before in Holland. This workshop is exceptionally customer-unfriendly and anything but helpful. Not recommended at all!
