"Don't bring your car here!!! I only brought my car in for oil. The gentleman said my brake pads needed replacing, which he said wasn't difficult, and he definitely didn't need to go to the VW dealership. The end result was a malfunction throughout my car without any communication. It's been at another garage for three and a half weeks now and will cost €2000. Autocentrum Zoetermeer doesn't think it's their fault; they haven't even reimbursed me for the €350 repair costs. There was nothing wrong with the car before I brought it in!! Now the entire ABS computer needs to be replaced. Seriously, never bring your car here; these people have no idea what they're doing!"

"I had my tires replaced at this garage a year ago. The tire valves have also been changed since then. But the tire valves are really bad. One broke a month ago, and another broke this week. I think they installed very poor-quality tire valves. I'm actively using the car, and it won't stay put. I've never seen a tire valve break before the tire itself. I've emailed them about the problem, but they haven't responded. Consider this if you're considering going there. They use very low-quality products and don't respond to your complaints about their fault."
