Brought the car in because it failed its MOT at a competitor's. Work: replaced timing belt, new lighting cables, replaced axle (RV), replaced brake pads. Price: €1500. After the brake pads were replaced, there was too much resistance on the wheels. Because of this, the car couldn't be aligned, and the steering wheel was crooked after they worked on it. I brought it back to have it fixed. They didn't look at it on day one and thought they were too busy. After that, I couldn't get any information on the app to schedule a repair appointment. Finally, I brought the car in on Friday. I walked home for an hour. The next day it was done. We then had to walk another hour because there was no loaner car. We were picked up from the Deventer hospital. I had to pay an additional €20 for transportation and an additional €140 for the work that wasn't done properly. If this had been honest and with better communication, I would have bought a different car and not had the work done at all. I had to borrow money because of a previous divorce and they stated my maximum budget and they exceeded it without mercy and communication.

My car had its brake pads and discs repaired today, and they were done perfectly and finished the same day. I received friendly service and was informed that my car was ready! Highly recommended! I also had my air conditioning filled and cleaned last summer; I could wait. Also a good price.

A great garage with excellent value for money. The mechanics explain clearly why something needs replacing and sometimes even let me take a look to see what's wrong. I've been there a few times for an auto repair and have always been satisfied.
