Had to go back for a minor issue with the rear bumper sensors due to a new tow bar. Excellent service, and the staff are very helpful and provide clear explanations. In short: excellent service.

I had my car's MOT today. The MOT costs €29.95. When I picked it up, I received an invoice for €98!! According to Auto Mido, the bulbs needed replacing. I think it's only logical to call the customer and explain the situation. Auto Mido didn't bother with this small effort. I missed their communication today. My car's MOT wasn't urgent; I could easily have replaced it myself with much cheaper parts and then had it inspected. At the counter, I politely stated that I wasn't happy with this information and would like to find a solution together. I had to accept the low labor costs included in the invoice. As if these "incurred labor costs" were my voluntary choice. Finally: if the starting price is €29.95 and the invoice is three times higher, it's normal to coordinate with the customer! I was able to pay the invoice. I can well imagine that plenty of people these days will find themselves financially struggling because of this. I have nothing to say about the friendliness and service. It's excellent. After what happened today, or perhaps didn't happen, this customer will not be returning. Kind regards!

I came to this place when I found an ad of them in Marktplaats. Niek showed me the car and we sign the precontract in just a few minutes. The finance company took almost a month to give me the credit but Niek was so nice and comprehensive with it. He even came to pick me up in Arnhem Centraal to go to the RDW to make the documents. It was a pleasure and a excellent client service, I'll definitely come in the future if I'm looking for a new car. All the cars here were in a perfect condition and treated with care.
