We took a test drive in a Skoda Fabia. Afterward, we indicated we were interested in buying it for the asking price. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible without first having a major service (€500). This service seemed optional, but when we indicated we weren't interested, we were told we couldn't buy the car. A bit of a shame... If the service isn't optional, why don't you just perform it and include it in the asking price? It doesn't feel quite right this way. The online advertisement also stated that the car came with a 12-month Bovag warranty. In the store, we were told that this warranty would only be provided if we had the major service performed by them first. When we questioned this or asked other "critical" questions, the salesperson reacted insultedly and told us he could easily find another buyer.

Are on a holiday from Denmark nearby and the car needed some engine oil. We got the best service here we ever experienced. Nice talk with the staff and got some coffe while waiting for the car to be ready. Can highly recommend this place.
