After some phone calls and emails back and forth, I dropped by with my car. After that, some final negotiations, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Finally, I was safely returned home. (It was already a 140 km round trip.)

Request was responded to quickly. Could come by for valuation at short notice (we wanted to do that ourselves). Already received a good offer by email, but wanted certainty, hence an appraisal. Friendly reception and neatly helped. Highest price offered, compared to other companies. Settlement also went smoothly a few days later.
