I accidentally put half a liter too much oil in my car's engine. So I called this garage and they were able to come right away. They carefully and efficiently sucked the excess oil out of the engine. And they were kind enough not to charge anything! Fantastic! Where else can you find such a friendly garage? Here! It's a shame I don't live in Hoofddorp, otherwise I would definitely come here more often. So I can highly recommend this garage. And thanks again for the service!

I've been a customer for several years. I've noticed the following: Generally: Friendly owner, good service, reasonable price. Hence the 2 stars. Sloppy work (not tidying cables, etc.), left the car in a mess (parts, packaging materials, etc.), and poor adherence to agreements. They once forgot that I had parked the car on their property, even after I called in the morning to confirm. After replacing the belt, they forgot to reinstall the air intake. They installed black (permanent) mounting pins in the beige interior panels. A flat tire was replaced with a different brand than the other three. After a car breakdown, they replaced the alternator with a "new" one. The same day, I got stuck in the snow with my family in the middle of an intersection. They replaced the battery at my expense. When I insisted that it couldn't be the battery, they re-examined the alternator and installed a new one. I didn't receive a refund/compensation for the battery or towing costs. The leak wasn't resolved until after two brake line repairs. Window mechanism repaired once, then replaced with a new one. When another garage checked the new part, it turned out to be at the bottom of the door when the window fell out of its frame for the third time. And the reason I'm writing this review now: the dipstick was replaced with a different brand during the last service. The new owner of my Volvo V70 said he topped up the oil using the dipstick, and a few days later, it broke down on the side of the road. The engine was flooded with oil: damaged pistons and a permanent loss of torque. The people who work at this garage don't care about the cars and have repeatedly demonstrated their lack of respect for the longevity of the car and the safety of their drivers and families. Become a customer at your own risk. Definitely not a Volvo specialist.
