"Very knowledgeable people who think along with the customer. This week, I replaced the left stepper motor for the climate control system on my wife's VW Beetle. VW had to remove the entire dashboard, but Herman did the job without disassembling it. In less than a quarter of the time!"

"A while back, I went in for a button that wasn't working in my radio system, and was told it was completely broken. They said they'd fix it for €495. I thought it was too expensive, so I didn't. I fiddled with it a bit myself, and you guessed it, it actually works! The button was just a bit loose. After pushing it in properly, it works perfectly. So, in other words, this company really wanted to rip me off. Watch out, I'd say!"

"I went there for my car radio. She told me they were going to investigate and tell me how much it would cost. They called me and the cost was €175😨 I was shocked because I could find a second-hand radio for 40 or 50. And when I said that it was too expensive, she said okay, you have to pay the investigation costs (not agreed upon beforehand) and that amount was €75 😨. And when I said you didn't say that the investigation costs would be €75 and when she said if you don't want to pay that, the radio is ours😐. So I left the radio for them and bought another second-hand radio😔."
