"After arriving at Eric Ekkel (without an appointment), we immediately saw our potential new car. A detailer had meticulously cleaned the inside and the outside was also polished. The maintenance history was complete; the previous owner was a regular Auto Ekkel customer. After taking a test drive (and being very enthusiastic about it!), we decided to buy the car. Eric immediately took the car offline, but sent us the beautiful photos. According to the service booklet, a service had been performed, including a new MOT. We also received a one-year warranty on the car. When the car was ready to be picked up, we received another message from Eric. Upon collection, of course, we received an invoice and payment transfer, and a DigiD transfer at Auto Ekkel's location. We are very happy with our purchase and hope to enjoy the car for a long time. Auto Ekkel's communication, customer service, and helpful approach are excellent; we would definitely buy a car there again!"

"I've had excellent contact with Eric Ekkel from the start. I bought a VW Caddy from him. After a few weeks, the car started displaying all sorts of error messages, including the engine management system. Eric immediately had the car inspected, and it turned out it simply needed an update. However, before that was cleared up, Eric's garage had to spend a lot of time on it. Eric resolved everything properly under warranty. In short, in my opinion, a great and reliable place to buy a car."

"Prettig contact met Eric gehad sinds de afspraak voor de bezichtiging en vervolgens een proefrit gemaakt. Besloten om de Volvo C70 D5 Cabrio Momentum 13-07-2008 te kopen. Afgesproken is dat er enkele zaken geregeld zouden worden binnen de vraagprijs. Dit is allemaal netjes door Eric verzorgd, waarna ik de auto kon komen ophalen. Hij heeft mij van het NS station afgehaald en na de formaliteiten, kon ik met mijn nieuwe aanwinst terug naar huis rijden. Super service en vertrouwd gevoel van begin tot (zelfs na) het eind.
