Last month we bought a beautiful Audi A3 40TFSIE from Auto Edison. I submitted a trade-in request, and they responded promptly and seriously. I also liked the trade-in estimate, unlike other car companies that try to get the most out of the car right away. After the trade-in estimate, I contacted Johan by phone, and the next day we went for a test drive. It was a 1.5-hour drive for us, so not exactly around the corner. Our meeting with Johan and Auto Edison was very positive. They took all the time to thoroughly explain the car to us. After a little negotiation, we were satisfied. A week later, we were able to pick up the car, which was ready and waiting for us. We are very happy with it. Two weeks into owning the Audi, we had trouble with the climate control. Auto Edison resolved this very efficiently and without any fuss. Service you rarely see elsewhere. I highly recommend Auto Edison to everyone.

Update April 29, 2022. A month ago, my engine management light came on. I called Auto Edison, and they offered me a garage near me to have it checked (free of charge). It turned out my catalytic converter was dead (a pricey joke, usually, and something the garage wouldn't know about if they were selling the car). After the meeting, the owner texted me: "The catalytic converter has been ordered, when can I get it?" I'm quite busy with work, so he suggested I come back to the garage (on his King's Day holiday) to pick up my car and my car for repairs. I received a loaner car free of charge, which was very helpful since I'm not from the area. The car was ready the next day, and I could pick it up right after work. The repair was FULLY covered by the warranty. High-class Auto Edison. I recommend this garage to everyone, because the service isn't just talk; it's actionable.
