From the first contact to the delivery of my roof box, Raymond provided excellent advice and assistance! He's a great resource for explaining the differences between roof boxes, including which one is quieter or fits your car better. I went to pick up my roof box, and it turned out to be slightly damaged during transport. I didn't even receive it, and they immediately ordered a new one! On-site, they also revealed I needed a slightly larger one. This was handled so efficiently and professionally that I highly recommend Auto Daktent Westland.

Today I picked up my Thule roof box, roof racks, and bag set from Auto Daktent Westland. I received a friendly welcome, and everything was installed promptly and professionally. I also received clear instructions on how to use it and what to look out for, which was very helpful. The service was excellent, and the quality of the Thule items is, as expected, simply excellent. Everything feels solid and well-designed. In short: very satisfied and definitely recommended.

We received excellent assistance from Raymond at Auto Daktent Westland. He took plenty of time, provided honest and expert advice, and really thought along with us. The showroom is well-organized, and you are welcome to take your time viewing and trying out all the models. We ultimately bought the Thule Approach L and tested it immediately during a weekend getaway — a top-notch tent! The installation was taken care of, but I was involved in the process. I personally really appreciate that, because then you know exactly what you have on your roof (and also how to take it off again ;)).

A fantastic showroom with lots of roof tents to view and try out. A friendly welcome and extensive information. Just back from a holiday with a roof tent from Auto Daktent Westland. Both the pick-up and return were positive experiences. The tent was professionally installed with clear explanations of how it works, plenty of personal attention, and a pleasant atmosphere. My next roof tent rental, or perhaps even a tent I'll buy, will definitely come from here.
