"The car wasn't as described by the seller. I drove 2.5 hours to find out on the spot that the seller hadn't communicated honestly. The car (Mini Cooper S) was covered in hail damage. So, a 5-hour drive for nothing. In short, don't trust what the seller says and save yourself the trip."

"I called about a car I was interested in. I was told I could come by, but that the dents would be removed first, which felt good. Only after I called this morning to ask if there was a warranty, and that legally everyone has a one-year warranty, he told me it was a three-month warranty, but he wasn't sure himself, which I don't understand when you've been open since 1971, but anyway. Secondly, I started by saying I needed written proof that there was a warranty and for how long, because without it, you'd never be in a good position if something happened. The man started stuttering and suddenly told me that people were coming by to look at the car and that I should call back later, which I already thought was strange because he hadn't told me that yesterday. Yesterday, he told me I could come by the next day and wanted my name and phone number. I normally never do this, but I had to, because there are people who work incredibly hard for their money and their rights in the Netherlands."

"I bought this Dacia Stepway from Auto Broekhof about 7 months ago. It is my second car after getting my driver's license. I found it quite difficult to go look at a car again, because a second-hand car is always a surprise. I received incredibly good assistance and, in my opinion, honest advice. Initially, I came to look at this car, but my eye quickly fell on another car. I was then honestly advised that, especially with two kids, this car would be more practical (this Dacia was cheaper than the other car I liked); normally you would expect them to want to sell you a more expensive car in that situation, but that was not the case here. I recently had my first MOT and only had to replace my tires. When I bought this car, I was told that it had always been well maintained and that the necessary parts had always been replaced on time, and this was also evident during the MOT. It is a nice car and has always been well maintained. Thank you again for the service and honesty. I am still very happy with my car 🙏🏻"

"better don't buy car here. i buy car they promise service but they don't make nothing. after buying i'm spend 1000 Eur for fix this car. they give APK with broken brakes."
