Upon arrival, the sign on the door said we should report to Ekris. Online, AZ appears to be a small garage, but it's part of Ekris, which sells everything other than a BMW. The salesperson clearly wasn't interested, very impersonal, and didn't know anything about other brands. We came for a Renault Arkana; he couldn't explain what kind of hybrid it was, so he had to Google it. His trade-in offer was also ridiculously low; I got 5,000 more for my car elsewhere. Ultimately, I thanked him for his time and bought an Arkana elsewhere for much less.

A very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I received extremely poor service from this dealership. I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee, though I can't remember his name. He was very rude, completely uncooperative, and completely ignored our wishes. I had previously contacted him to request some close-up photos of the car so I could better assess its condition. However, he repeatedly ignored me. I sent several messages, but received no response. Upon arrival, I was immediately approached rudely. It was impossible to have a normal conversation or discussion; he truly refused to communicate. His attitude and reactions made me feel so uncomfortable that I ultimately refused to buy the car. It's a shame that someone could react like that. I truly regret going there and, based on this experience, I can absolutely recommend this dealership.

Yesterday I had an appointment to view a Volkswagen Golf GTE. I'd called ahead and told them we'd arrive about fifteen minutes late. Upon arrival, the car was already in the parking lot, and we were given the opportunity to inspect it at our leisure. The car made a good impression. We then went inside to inquire about a test drive. This turned out to be impossible. According to the salesperson, there were several interested parties (about six), and it wasn't possible to lend the car out for test drives (the car was parked outside and only needed green registration plates). The salesperson indicated that a test drive was only possible after a price had been agreed upon. For me, however, a test drive is an essential part of the buying process. Only after experiencing the car can I determine whether the asking price is justified. I had made a special appointment and traveled for over an hour. After only 15 minutes, I had to leave. This made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously as a potential buyer. Despite my genuine interest, the seller's policies and attitude turned me off. I feel this was a missed opportunity and an incomprehensible approach.

Disappointing experience with a trade-in offer! I tried to trade in my car with this dealership. During the process, however, it turned out that they had lowered the price of their own car by €3,000, but the additional payment I had to make was still based on the original (higher) price. Essentially, they simply offered less for my trade-in car. I tried to politely explain that this calculation wasn't fair and that the trade-in offer was therefore unfavorable to me. Instead of addressing my arguments, I received the response: "Shall we leave it at that and leave us out of your search from now on?" I found this communication and handling disappointing.
