Our first contact went a little differently than usual because we already had something in mind, but it was a few hundred kilometers away. It was wonderful that Haaije was able to take over this process. They provided a transparent, open, and clear overview, and (continuously) guided us through the process. Excellent Service and Customer Focus Yesterday I bought a Volkswagen T-Roc from Haaije, and I'm very satisfied with the service he provided. Even though it was outside of business hours, he made time for us. From the start, he was very friendly and transparent. It turned out there was paint damage on the car that I wasn't aware of, but Haaije covered the full cost. He explained everything very clearly and patiently, which was especially helpful since this was my first time buying a car. Thanks to his helpfulness and professionalism, I was able to take the car home right away. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused car dealer.

Very satisfied with Haaije and his approach. Haaije isn't pushy, listens well, and after an initial consultation, he starts looking for the ideal car. Afterward, I received a proposal of five cars that all met my search criteria, and then the selection process could begin. As the search progressed, I started to get a better feel for it, and the decision was made. This morning, the car was delivered, clean, with new floor mats, a full tank, and even a white license plate ("because what good is a tow bar without a new white license plate," according to Haaije), a new battery... all things I, as a non-car expert, had taken for granted, but (critical) Haaije felt these were part of a purchase. In short: nothing but praise for Auto Advies Oosterhof. Haaije took care of everything for me and I know I got a good car at a good price. This was my second purchase through Auto Advies Oosterhof, and for the third, I know exactly where to go. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't know much about cars (like me) or doesn't want to spend time wandering through showrooms with car salespeople who talk you down with smooth sales pitches. Haaije, thanks again for the pleasant collaboration.

We had to look for a new car and didn't want to and couldn't spend that much time on it. That's why I asked Auto Advies Oosterhof to come by. It was clear to us during the first conversation that Haaije was the right man. More than a week later the car was found, picked up and delivered to our home by Haaije. And we are so happy with it!! Everything is fine, no problems. And excellent treatment. Even after purchasing, please call to make sure you are happy with the car. Really great! Therefore, If you are ready for a new car, hire Auto Advice and everything will be done just fine!
