"If you need to service your car, avoid their services. For reliability, go elsewhere. For the past three years, I've had all my Audi's major services done at Audi Centrum Doetinchem, but to my surprise, I've been repeatedly disappointed. If you've experienced something similar but aren't sure, assume you've been scammed too. Here are some things I paid for that weren't addressed: In 2021, I paid for new windshield wipers, but after the service, they still squeaked. They claimed they'd been replaced, but I ended up having to replace them myself. In 2022, I paid to fill my AdBlue tank for a vacation. Then I got a message that it was empty, even though I hadn't driven any miles. Audi couldn't do anything because I was already on vacation. The coolant wasn't topped up, and the navigation update wasn't performed, even though I'd paid for it. These experiences made me question their reliability. So I went to another Audi dealership and noticed that everything was done without any problems and the prices were more favorable. This summer, I decided to go to Audi Centrum Doetinchem again for several reasons. I'm self-employed and lose income daily. They made an appointment for one day, but on the day itself, they called to say they couldn't make it because they were so busy. I had to pay for the rental car for the entire weekend because of their mistake and didn't get a navigation update, despite paying. When I called them again, Mr. Wesel told me they hadn't made it and that I only had to come by once, on a Saturday. Did I need an appointment? No. I said okay. So, the following week, I went to Audi Centrum Doetinchem for the update on a Saturday. They told me I had to make an appointment and that I couldn't have it updated right away! Another thing to understand what kind of company they are: The car window would be replaced, which they said would cost around 500 euros. The invoice shows €2,000 because they discovered it was covered by insurance. They're just ripping everyone off. What a hassle with these people. Stay away, and I guarantee you'll have positive experiences elsewhere."

"If a salesperson is talking to another customer about selling a car, I understand they shouldn't be disturbed. But if a colleague sees you waiting for at least 15 minutes and then doesn't do anything about it, I find it strange. I eventually asked the colleague if I could leave my phone number so they could call me later about the car in question. Update: The following day, staff addressed the above. The situation was positive. It's now been resolved."
