"Ik was op zoek naar een compacte suv en was op marktplaats aan het zoeken. Toen kwam ik bij ASR terecht waar een leuke vol opties zittende Kia tegen. Ik een terugbelverzoek neergelegd voor een bezichtiging. Ik werd kort daarop teruggebeld door Richard. Wat een aardige kerel is dat zeg. Daar kunnen heel veel bedrijven nog wat van leren. Leuk gesprek aan de telefoon gehad en een proefrit gemaakt. Hij met onze inruilauto voor gereden en wij erachteraan met de Kia. Rijd goed schakelt goed apk erop beurt gehad. Daarna nog een bakje koffie zonder gepush en kia gekocht bij ASR. Richard complimenten voor jou en ga zo door!"

"Dear Richard / ASR Autoservice, Here's a response to the previous review by: Wessel Priem Your reference to a "discount provided" suggests that this justifies the car's condition. That is emphatically not the case. A discount is not a license to sell a car with a defective engine. This isn't about regular maintenance or normal wear and tear on an older car, but about an engine that was demonstrably defective and ultimately required a complete cylinder head overhaul. This contradicts the sales language you used, "good/reconditioned engine." Precisely because the engine was presented as reconditioned, we were entitled to expect that an intervention of this magnitude wouldn't be necessary within a few months of purchase. Age, mileage, or a discount don't change that. Moreover, it's unreasonable to expect people to be without a car for an extended period as a "solution," especially when there's no loaner car available and repairs via external transport can take weeks. This review isn't about expectations, but about facts. And those facts show that the car didn't live up to what was promised at the time of sale. — Wessel Priem"
